Education Gyeonggi-do

Exchange Student Official Cooperation Agent

Introducing a project exclusively for Vision Agents. This is an exchange student program prepared by the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education in Korea.

1. Promote education/cultural exchange between Korea and New Zealand

2. Providing opportunities for elementary, middle and high school students in Korea to experience New Zealand education

3. Introduce Korea to New Zealand schools and students

As Tauranga became known as a fascinating city for early study abroad, and as a study abroad representative to introduce the advantages of New Zealand and Tauranga schools to Korean students, this project was started to introduce the many attractions that Korea has to New Zealand children. Even under the name of studying abroad, the idea that I would like to introduce students to each country's strengths and have a channel to learn from each other and create a project was created.

So, in 2017, I made a proposal and introduced and suggested various exchange methods to the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education. I was convinced that Korean students and New Zealand students had certain parts to meet and learn. So with a proposal, I visited the Gyeonggi-do Office of Education and the Office of Education Officers showed interest. The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education's working teams visited Tauranga to see the advantages of New Zealand education and Tauranga, and the Vision Academy guided them. With a steady effort of one year, the Vision Education Center was able to host the exchange student program at the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education.

Through the project, I would like to show Korean students and schools many wonderful things in New Zealand and introduce them well. In fact, Gyeonggi-do Office of Education Scholarships/Scholarships have been fascinated by New Zealand's educational system.

Also, as a person who introduces Korean international students to Tauranga, I hope that Korean culture and things will be delivered to New Zealand schools and students. I hope that the people of Tauranga, New Zealand, will expand their understanding by introducing Korean fashion and good things, so that they can better understand the international students and Koreans who are now and will come. Sometimes New Zealand children don't know Korea, but they don't know so much that they are upset. Isn't Korea a place full of charm that New Zealand can never have? I put a schedule for an amusement park among suburban programs. Would you be surprised? I hope that children from Korea have come to know that Korea is a wonderful and wonderful country so I want to go again. Then, will our international students be shrugged too?^^ Since it was the start of this project to learn each other's strengths and understand each other well, we look forward to it.
